Penn-Florida Cos. has completed the first component of its Via Mizner project in downtown Boca Raton: a 366-unit apartment building.
Amenities at the 12-story 101 Via Mizner include a large pool with cabanas, 24-hour concierge, clubhouse with cafe service, fitness center, locker rooms with a sauna, and a sky club lounge with a chef’s kitchen and private dining area.
The units, which range from one to three bedrooms, rent from $1,600 to $3,500.
“Our first release of apartment units was quickly snatched up, and the residents who have already moved in are raving about the design and amenities,” said Al Piazza, Penn-Florida Cos. senior VP of development.
The next part of the Via Mizner project will be the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences, plus shops and restaurants. Residents and guests will have access to the existing Via Mizner Golf & City Club.
